I got the email from Robyn at SYR that stated they were close....I am sure many got the email........
The part I don't get is SYR states that you do not have to be FedEx certified to ship reptiles because they are.......
Anyway.....glad I am certified...i will see what kind of deals they can offer and I like their pick up option........

Poor planning and procrastination on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part...

Yeah it's kinds strange. But if they give better rates it may be worth it.

Yeah, I got the same email from Robyn too. I won't hold my breath on any of it though.
All it will take is another screw-up from some idiot using the service though, and the same problem might just happen all over again. I can almost guarantee it won't take long before another "wrench" gets thrown into the gears somehow, even if it DOES begin again!

Yup, received an email a few days ago. It sucks because the time they lost touch with UPS it delayed some of my shipments so I had to go without SYR.
I hope this one stays well though unlike the other one (forgot the other reptile service name that screwed up bad). SO far I haven't had problems with SYR but we'll see...! I wonder it is almost the same price as when they partnered with UPS...? Hmmmm

You can never have only one snake!
I don't understand how you have been shipping using SYR smoothly when you cannot even log on to get a quote or open the shipping page to print a label?. They have had an "out of service" message on both pages due to "technical issues" for quite some time now.

Oh, I didn't mention it was about 3 to 4 months ago but I use them from time to time but you are right. They have been 'out of order' after I used them for give or take 2, 3 months???

I received the same problem as well as others. It said, we are unable to process any shipping or something like that. We will try to work as quickly as possible to provide you with the best service we can. If I remember that was what the website said.

Yeah, thanks for clarifying that. That is exactly the deal there. It's been out of order for a about a few months now, so you just made your last shipment just in time

There's a thread on another forum we are familiar with that Robyn addresses this a lot more fully.
They should be going "live" with this very soon.
