I got scared this morning. I looked at her and it looked like she lost a toe. She didn't though, it was just behind a piece of bark on her log. God, if I ever let a monitor loose a toe, I think I would resign my monitor ownership LOL There will be NO missing toes or tail tips on my herps!

That was one COLD day Brother...my nipples are still hard!!!
I thought that missing toes was a thing of the past.
Plus with that great substrate you have you have nothing to worry about.
It is a great mix, my Jobiensis loved it!

Nope, we see it here on the forum all the time, usually on monitors in fish tank set-ups...screen top, light dome, snake type hide box, astroturf "substrate"....
