She is alive, with a huge belly.. I've never encountered this.
Do you think she will pass it, or should I try to get her to regurgitate? This is one of my two keepers.

I've heard, one time, of a boa passing a paper towel, but it looked like regurg to me from the photo.
I've seen regurges and the boa lived.
More often than that, I've seen regurges and the boa dies.
I couldn't say whether it would be better to allow the boa to regurg it itself, or to force a regurg. That one is going to be up to you.
But whatever you do, stop feeding on paper towels. Use something thicker and less pliable - like newspaper or "disposable cage liner" or butcher paper.
I've detailed this situation in the caresheet on my website along with numerous other feeding mistakes. Definitely check it out.
Good luck in whatever you decide to do.

Paper towel needs to be removed I'm certain it will kill her.
I would go to a Herp Vet for assistance I believe in this situation.
I believe some form of liquid like water, pedialyte something will have to be pumped into the intestinal tract/stomach cavity then a specially coated long forceps / tweezers will have to be inserted in to the Boas mouth down into the intestinal tract to retrieve the paper towel.
The Boa could still die because the paper towel soaks up all the fluid with in the intestinal tract causing possibly that part of the intestine to die , then infection ensues etc . . .
Also the paper towel will soak up the Boa stomach fauna and this
will need replacing most likely after the towel is gone.

I hate to admit this but I had one swallow a paper towel. He was about 3 months old and it was a stupid (on my part) feeding error. The boa regurged the paper towel after about 6 days, but did not regurge the mouse. The boa is still fine, and I am a better feeder.
I hope your outcome is at least as good as mine.
They can digest bones, but not paper towels???
I had a Mexican Black Kingsnake eat an entire paper towel, the thick ones (Bounty), without any problems. Although I was seeing little pieces of the paper towel in the stool for up to a year. If the acid in a boa's stomach can break down the bones of an animal there's no reason why it can't break down a paper towel. The only problem is whether the snake will regurge it.
. . . if the Boa is able to digest a paper towel . The problem is that the Boa is too small to ingest an entire paper towel sheet . Plus , the paper towel swells inside the snake I have also had a baby Boa eat a paper towel before knowing the risks of feeding on them . Luckily my Boa regurged it and it lived . I have seen other threads where they have died for the same thing .

She is still alive and hasn't regurgitated.
I'm going to wait it out, and pray. 300 miles to a herp vet and wicked cold outside.
Also, I'm done with paper towels.
Does anyone have a link to the best place to buy the rolls of corrugated liners?
Thanks!

for tubs, I use http://www.cageliners.net/
You can get the sheets precut to fit each size tub you have. I order mine a little longer and wider so that I can run the liner up the sides and reduce how often I have to clean urates and poop out of the corners.
I use corrugated liner for my larger cages. You can order that here: http://www.uline.com/BL_1902/Corrugated-Wrap
you can also try and find it locally if there's a shipping store near you.

I certainly hope she regurges it or takes care of it how ever she can and survives.
300 miles is just crazy there is just no way you're gonna make that
drive, and that's entirely understandable in my book.
Good luck with her

I really hope she pulls through for you!
Here is the cheapest place I found to buy corrugated rolls:
http://www.pospaper.com/
Type "corrugated" in the search bar and it comes up.

I had this happen to me 3 years ago. The baby regurged and is doing fine. Off course I named her BOUNTY. Hopefully it will regurge on its own and will be fine
