I have a juvenile ghost milk female who seems to play dead when she's not in the mood to be handled. She'll let the upper fourth of her body just go practically limp, head hanging down toward the ground with no struggling. She's healthy in every other way, and is probably my most active and curious snake except when she's handled. Is this a common behavior in milk snakes?
