It appears to me that this snake tried to force its head through a small hole when it was younger, and was caught in that position for a considerable amount of time. Unfortunately, the damage that was caused during the struggle is most likely permanent.

Based on the fact you stated she was apparently normal, and fairly recently started the head turning, I suspect she may have an infection of sorts. Plus, her jaws near the area I would assume her "venom" or salivary glands are located appear swollen, possibly causing the head to turn sideways. It may be possible for a vet to do a culture and see if she has some form of mouthrot or other infection going on that could be cleared up with antibiotics. Are you noticing any discharge or cheesy looking material in her mouth? Is she gaping her mouth time to time? Once again, these could all be signs of infection. Do you and the snake a favor and take her to a vet. This does not appear to be a Home Remedy fix IMO.

Good Luck

I took "Crinkle" to the vet and they took xrays. Apparently the poor little snake suffered a broken jaw some months back and it healed all funny. The vet seemed to think she will be fine as long as she continues to be able to eat. Thanks to everyone that gave me advice!

Thanks for the update. It definitely looked like an old injury that had healed poorly.
