Hey Pyro...BOB!!!!!!!!

mbrawley Jan 28, 2011 03:46 PM

Gee thanks for that "uplifting" video, Bob. It really made my day...NOT!!!!!! Actually, I'm glad you did post it.

What a bunch of %@#$%&@^$% %&^@#&$#*&@ *$@#&^$#*&^ %#$*$*$^%
#$&holes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Does anyone know what city/county this occurred in? I'm guessing here in California; probably LA, Orange or Riverside County. Additionally, who supplied all of these animals for these &%$#&^@#* *@%$*%$&(*$%(@$ ($&^@$(*&^$?

I'd really like to know.

California Penal Code 597(a) - Cruelty to Animals. "Every person who maliciously and intentionally maims, mutilates, tortures or wounds a living animal, or maliciously and intentionally kills a living animal, is guilty of an offense punishable by imprisonment in the state prison (meaning a FELONY!) or by a fine of not more than $20k, or by both, the fine AND imprisonment..."

Now this particular offense is commonly referred to as a "wobbler", which CAN be reduced later on to a misdemeanor, depending on how spineless the county's District Attorney's Office, and the Deputy DA who's assigned the case is. But regardless, "wobbler" are ALWAYS treated as felonies at the onset of the criminal investigation and judicial proceedings.

Translation: These $#^&$#*&$@ $%@*$@*&$@% dumbasses actually videotaped themselves committing felonies, and put it on YouTube. Damning evidence. They, at the least, should have criminal complaints files against them. There are NO provisions in the law that allow celebrities and other ^%&^$@&^%# &$#&^%* seeking their 15 minutes of fame, to do this ^@%#.

How many of those poor snakes came away from that with broken or severed back bones and spines, ribs, and other internal injuries? How many are now dead as a result, or are still injured and sufferring?

I can tell you one thing, had I been there, there would have at least been ONE guy getting hooked and booked that day...ME!!!!!! I have ZERO tolerance for cruel hearted, mean, abusive, showboating $^#*(%(* $^$(#^ $^(#(*$^%#*# ^(#$%(*$^%# like these guys.

The county's District Attorney, and Animal Control dept needs to see this video, and have a little pressure applied to investigate this, and PROSECUTE these @$($(*$($)&$@#&^$^%$*$^%&%@ &(*@^$(&@^%$ &@$^%($@&^%!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whether the deputy DA's, and/or DA's Office likes or dislikes snakes is a non issue. They are obligated to review this case, just like any other criminal case presented to them, regardless of any personal bias. This was clear cut, blatant animal cruelty taking place, WITH MALICIOUS INTENT...caught on tape. This is a "slam dunk" Coby...You %$@#&$@ $@$%&*$^$ &$@%&*% and all the rest of them. My biggest issue is with the @%#$ @^#$*&% who provided these animals for this spectacle. What a ^@^%$^#%%^$ #^@^$))$%*)%!!!!!!!

Bob, or anyone else for that matter...What city/county did this occur in, and WHEN (date) and where (exact location)?

Get me the info if you can, please. It ultimately comes down to talking to the "right" person. I'll see what I can do.

First things first though, notify YouTube so this video gets pulled, for the reasons cited. I think you can "flag" the video as offensive or inappropriate, can't you?

Also, will you email me the video (url address) or whatever...so I can attach it easily to my emails when I begin my mad spamming tyrade to the people who've got the juice to do something with this.

I hope something good comes out of it my friend, because nothing good went INTO that stupid-a$$ travesty of show-boating blatant animal abuse!

Yeah, I saw at LEAST several snakes getting crunched as the idiots came popping out of the idiot "gene pool"..

Man, I would love nothing more than to find out those adult chumps got arrested for their 5 year old actions!

Their video taping themselves doing it is yet more solid proof of their "gene pool" going totally EMPTY!

Have sent the url to your email.
I just can't wrap my head around how incredibly dumb these jerks are. I was looking for a different video when I found this. Kobe Bryant and his sponsor Nike both suck big time! What a load of arrogant crap!!!!

I think this snake pool video came out in May of 2008. I am not into basketball or those sorts of shoes, so this is new to me.

Thanks. I got your email with the info. If the freak show occurred back in May of '08, I doubt the DA, of any county would likely prosecute...it's a pretty old case. Although the statute of limitations is likely not up yet...but it IS still a pretty old case. I'd bet $ they wouldn't give it the time of day unfortunately. If it were kittens being stomped, or a bait dog being fed to another fighting dog, MAYBE. It would certainly have more jury appeal, if it came to that. If it happened last week, or at least, more recently, it would be "fresh" enough that the DA would possibly feel more compelled to seriously review the case. But an almost 3 year old case involving yucky, slimy, creepy snakes, I can't see them having any interest in. It's not juicy enough and won't help any "up and coming" deputy district attorney promote. That's just my educated opinion, though. I'm still gonna see what I can do.

I guess I'm just feeling a little cynical right now and don't have much faith in our system...and I have my reasons. I should be more optimistic I know, but some people just suck and are s@#tty humans.

Regardless, I'm gonna make a stink about it to the right people and see what happens.

whoever came up with that "brilliant" idea should spend the MOST time in jail too!
