Please Help!

chels813 Jan 28, 2011 08:28 PM

Hi! My sulcata tortoise (which I believe is a female, but am not 100% on) has a large red bulge coming out of its back end. I am not sure what this could be, please help! This doesn't look like anything normal!
Thanks!

sounds like a prolapse of sorts, usually requires a vet visit, keep it clean and moist while you figure out your next step

good site to find vets if you don't have one

you may get better response if you post of the tortoise section, or in the health and breeding section
