Couple eastern females

donv Jan 29, 2011 03:23 PM

These are Beaufort Co NC kings produced by Mark Hardie. Pretty good sized females for a year and a half. They've kept alot of the peach highlights they had as hatchlings. Male (in shed) is awesome to. Can hardly wait to pick up some MD locales from Mark this spring.

Here's the other female

Thanks for looking

Those are very nice! I love those peach highlights, as they are so faint, but yet, bring about something more to look at, at something already awesome!

Thanks for sharing!

Thanks, they are turning out nice for sure. The male is in shed, I'll snap an up to date photo when he sheds.

Thanks, the peach is a little washed out in the pics, but you get the idea.

Love the very wide BOLD pattern on those guys!

I know you don't live too far from Mark and were able to go into the "snake house" and pick those out!! He is a good friend and his snakes are awesome. I know I have said it before, but I wish I had his setup!!!

Yeah, thats about the perfect setup he's got. These kings were hand picked out of a good number of hatchlings. Some tough decisions, but I'm happy w/ the end result.
