I'm new at breeding and glad to say that I am in the thick of my first breeding season. I have my breeder males and females in one rack and I know its common for bps, that are breeding, to go off feed, but my question is, is it common for other bps(adult females and males 500 grams and over who are not being paired or bred) housed in a rack next to the breeders' rack, to go off feed as well?
I'm a little concerned. just need a little insight on this issue and what I can do to get the bps, not intended to be bred this season, to start feeding again.
any feedback would help. thanks.
