Is it blisters or actual open wounds? My first thought is it could be what some call "Blister Disease" or a form of "Septicemia." Most common causes are: Wet substrate, dirty cage, too much humidity.

Keep cages clean & relatively dry, keep humidity levels in the low end of the suggested range for the species. Ususally means more frequent misting, using less water than usual, of substrate instead of allowing the substrate to get saturated.

Should see some improvements within a few days or so but might take awhile for all blisters to shed out/off so they're not visible anymore.

Best wishes!
