Well , c.b or w.c. ? looks like to me , your snake has a little nose rub, maybe I WOULD TRY SOME IODINE ANTISEPTIC just a little ,and then take the water bowl out of cage . watch your snake for about two , day this is what i would do first. I HOPE YOUR SNAKE DOes not HAVE MOUTH ROT,(Ulcerative stomitus) Look inside your snake's mouth to check for signs of mouth rot. These include thick mucous, holding the mouth open, pus, bleeding, cheesy discharge and excessive saliva. ~ GOOD Luck~

It does not look like mouth rot to me... However, it does look like scale rot... This can happen if the condition in the bin/cage are too wet... She could have had her head resting by the water bowl in the brumation bin for a week or two...

If it is scale rot, do not put any type of cream or ointment on it... A swab of iodine and let it dry out... Should be healed up by its next shed... I have seen this in other dry environment type snakes and never saw a vet... However if it is your first time dealing with this, a vet check is in order...
