Well I have to say, Reiko has helped me A LOT. As a matter of fact, the question I just posted was answered by reiko. Don't leave Reiko....we need ya. Some of my bearides aren't the most colorful, and I doubt many people know I exist on here, but when I posted one of my babies, i got so many comments. And I know I try to share my opinions, but just because someone posts something, doesnt mean it will get a reply. Maybe thats why they're not replying, cause we're all too busy helping. There have been sooo many posts lately thanking us for bein so nice. One thing that stands above all other forums is when I began, i posted on a couple different forums. This is the only one that didnt attack me, like i was some stupid person. Like i wasnt researching and that i was a bad owner! Here, they just help, thanks everyone!

I think she is right about a lot of what she said in her post..I see no reason why she should get any flak over what she said..I do notice that Reiko does go through and leave a response to everyone about their dragons, and a lot of the times she is the only one who does,,,I couldn't imagine her not being on this forum, she is always helping someone out, and we all love seeing her new pictures, I do think that is the only thing she should get any flak over is not owning a digital camera I'm sure if she had one we could see photo's more often So please don't go Reiko!!! There are a lot of people on here that seem to ask the same question over and over and a lot of people don't bother answering, because they figure they can go look for the answer, but some people aren't that great with computers and ae completly new, so they ask which is easier, most people just skip over the answer but Reiko answers most all questions,,So I vote She STAYS LOL

Reiko stay!!!
I have to agree with Reiko's statements. I have several BD's both average and exceptional...but I love them all equally. I may actually like the "normals" more than the selectively bred ones. I think alot of people get caught up in what is popular or new and overlook the tried and true. It's happened with Leopard Geckos, ball pythons (among other pythons) and it's happening to BD's. If a person loves their animal and wants to show photos, follow the old adage...if you don't have anything nice to say...don't say anything.

Rea, I know how you feel at times. You just have to look at what you use the forum for, and what it means to you personally. I know over the time I've been here you've been nothing but helpful, honest, and an extremely nice all around person. Your a person here that I think EVERY one appreciates. I know a few months back when you left for a while. I can't remember what it was for. But I did notice you where gone, and you were missed, and since you came back I don't think one day has passed that you don't offer help, or offer kind words with smiles Your one of the people I truly appreciate, and consider a very nice friend. You make the forum a better place, and your efforts in your answers are noticed. Just think of all the help you got here, and all the help you are able to give back. That's what this forum is all about. We all grow together, and learn from each other. I'm sure you touched people personally and you don't even realize it. I'm sure numerous dragons are better cause of a suggestion you made, or answer you gave. Sure you can get in a funk, especially with all the time and effort you put towards the forum. Take a day off, take two days off, but don't you go anywhere Rea Your time here makes this forum a better place.

I've posted maybe three times, and twice it was to ask relatively simple, 'beginner' questions, but the truth is I read this forum everyday, and have for about a month now.

I've gone through all of the previous pages of posts, and followed the threads of every single question that could potentially be something of concern or interest to me, and I don't even own a beardie yet.

I've learned the answers to most of the questions that get asked on this board well enough now, that whenever a question comes up, I try to think of the answer, and then see what Cheri, Reiko, and Beginner's Basics, among a few others, have to say about it, because it seems like one of them always responds if nothing else but to add info to what someone else has said. For this I am extremely grateful, and know that I have been made welcome to a wealth of information not always readily available to Dragon Owners.

If I see a question as a message topic that has several answers Reiko is one of the people whose answers I will look for first to read. I do not do this in any way to invalidate other peoples knowledge or abilities on here, I simply do it because I don't know anybody here, and I find myself appreciating Reiko's, and a few other peoples particular 'voice' in things, and the way each of them individually tries to respond and converse on here.

All people come and go in forum-land, and there's always someone with more experience, but that doesn't mean we won't be at a loss without them.

Very good your doing that. I did that for the longest time as well to try and catch symptoms before I personally experienced a problem. It helped so, so much. I now have 9, number 10 is coming soon. I just love these dragons. They are a great reptile. Good Luck, What your doing is great. I wish more would read a bit before jumping in it with a reptile that is not right for them. I hope you can offer a beardie a great home soon.
