Shipping reptiles

I have done a lot of research on this topic and i am aware of the steps needed to become fedex certified. What confuses me is that they have a 'buisiness to buisiness' policy. I personally have had snakes shipped to my personal address from very reputable breeders. Do they blatantly break this rule? I would like to be able to ship snakes in the future to a buyers residence. can someone explain the 'buisiness to buisiness' thing for me please?

There is a B2B restriction for every FedEx account except one, and that is for ShipYourReptiles.com.

The FedEx rule is that you may only ship to a business address, one that is zoned business, so that does not allow for businesses run out of homes, or anything outside of a zoned business area.

However, with the FedEx service offered through ShipYourReptiles.com, you are allowed to ship to and from residential services as well. B2B, R2R, B2R and R2B.

You don't have to be individually certified to use FedEx at ShipYourReptiles.com, but you do have to follow our Shipping Standards and Guidelines.
