Bull driving me crazy...lol

bakeaway Feb 25, 2011 09:19 AM

My white sided bull is being strange. He is constantly mesing up his enclosure, spilling water, messing up everything. I will go in fix it and then,,,he does it again. Temps are fine. All the other snakes are calm. He is not aggressive. I was thinking mabe he just is on the hunt for a mate, He is 3yrs old.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Well, I assume you've got a good temp range and appropriate hides etc in his enclosure so it's probably just like you think ...looking for love. I would expect he'd be off-feed too. One thing I've noticed that in that state they are fearless.

For a 3 yo bull he looks awefully small. Maybe he's looking for food.

My pits are pretty active and would often knock over their water bowls. I've picked up some heavier ones so they can't tip them. Seems to me pits are just more active, always looking for something and exploring their surroundings.
