When Pits Have Some "Down Time"...

Pit_fan Feb 27, 2011 01:56 PM

"FG", my year-and-a-half old female SDG catching up on the "facts" with a little lite reading. Hmmm, that other snake looks somehow familiar.

Olive who?

Yeah, yeah, these humans only think they know something about us...

Ryan, she was the absolute pick of the litter (from about seven to choose from). She has the color and pattern that I wanted most in an annectens. I also have a male from that clutch. Next time he sheds, I'll post some of him too.

Fun stuff, that's one awesome annectens. Can't believe the integrity and perfection of the pattern.

Here's the photo that sold me on this particular snake. Just looked like this snake had enormous potential going forward. The breeder (Jim Keenan) also posted several pics of the sire and dame on his site which also spoke volumes.

I, for one, found that marketing approach very helpful since I do not often get to any of the "shows".

That is a sweet looking SDG. Digging that dark pattern.

Very cool. That pic reminds me how much I love annectens. I wish I could have more than just one.

Thanks all! It is difficult to justify just one SDG. One of the few Pits that I have two of.
