I know a lot of breeders have top secret clutches they don't want to disclose, but for us small breeders sometimes producing something that's been out for 5 years or so has us crossing our fingers for months. What's the best "potential" combo your hoping you get this year and what are the parents? I'm hoping for a killer bee from a bee male and a pastel female. The females been building for about a week now. I'm also hoping for a BEL from a male mojo and a female mojo, but the female hasn't shown any signs yet. Chris

I would also like to hatch a Killer Bee and BEL this year. Hopefully the Odds Gods will do us both right.

I'd also like to prove out my 2 possible hets... Hoping my Spider ph Hypo proves out (in which case I could potentially hatch a Honey Bee) and hoping my poss het Caramel proves out.

My Holy Grail of the years breedings would be a Sterling Bee

Looks like you'll have some great stuff hatching this year. Just out of curiosity why did you put your spider ph hypo in with the hypo instead of the honeybee? Where you just trying to prove it out or was the honeybee too young? Good luck this season. Chris

I actually did pair the Spider ph Hypo (female) with my Honeybee (male). He was the only male I put to her, so at the very least if she doesn't prove out I'll get a combo of normals and spiders 100% het Hypo

I've been pleading with my female mojave, who has been bred 13 times by my male mojave, to start showing signs and give me a male super.

Aside from that, I should hopefully hatch more butter bees again this year. Next year, if everybody grows the way they should over the summer, I should have some other neat combos.

One of my female mojos is an 06 and hasn't went yet. She has been up to size since 08 and has copulated since then. I guess she's just stubborn. Hopefully she'll start showing signs in the next few weeks. Good luck this season. Chris

Good luck on those possible hets. I had a pair of 100% het pieds go this past season. Out of 5 eggs no pieds one egg went bad during incubation, but I got 2.2 66% poss hets. I sold the males and the females have been great feeders so my fingers are crossed for them next season. I hope yours prove out for you. Good luck! Chris

Last year I was lucky enough to hatch out 3 BELs (mojave x lesser) 50% het hypo from my first clutch (ever). The rest of the year was less interresting with normals females.

If I can get anything similar again this year I will be quite happy .

But what I really hope is that I can hatch some G. Stripe and some Pastel G.Stripe. Since I also put mojave and woma male with my g.stripes females, who knows what the result will be.

I can't wait to see, feels like it's not going to be as good this year unfortunately, and I hope that 2012 will be fantastic cause I have tons of nice morph females that should be ready to breed and create some combos.

The clutch I am most looking forward to is my het ultramel clutch. She is just going through her prepay shed now. She only has 5 eggs in her though. Aside from that I am looking to forward to my Lavender clutches because this is the first year that I have been able to use a visual lavender male instead of a het.

I'm really hoping for a BEL from my mojave female since my dad has been asking for one for a while but the butter hasn't shown interest. Tossed in a backup male just in case.
