New Sonoran Gopher

slitheringdead Mar 06, 2011 11:21 AM

This is my new Axanthic Sonoran Gopher 100% het Blizzard courtesy of Byron.d. His colors are difficult to capture accurately because the grays vary depending on the lighting. There are even certain parts where his color appears to be almost translucent.

He is a very calm and non-flighty snake. While inside his tub, he is usually visible most of the day. He's either periscoping or has has half of his body outside his hide. Overall i'm very happy with him and he will make a great pet display snake.

Very nice pick up. Always nice to have a calm pit once in a while.

Oh, I like that pale, pinkish base. Will be interesting to see how that matures...

Nice ghost. I picked up a female blizzard from byron probably a sister to yours. I also picked up a rusty albino female pos het ghost and a quad het male het for hypo, rusty, albino, and ghost. I can't for them to be breedable. It will kill me waiting to see what might pop out.

Yeah, i bet our gophers are siblings because he asked if i was interested in a female blizzard when i bought my ghost.
