pro exotics has a FAQ with info and pictures.
Look at some of the older posts people have posted. Seach "caging" or "tree monitor caging" and see what pops up. Theres a few guys on here that keep peach throat monitors that have the same basic caging as a tree monitor.
Shoot for a large cage (6 feet long, 3 wide, and 4-6 feet tall would work good I believe. A larger cage is always better, plan on using all your free space!), able to keep high humidity and temps (having little ventilation works well), and a deep substrate that allows them to burrow into if they decide to breed. (I don't know much about where tree monitors lay eggs, I believe the ground, but could be wrong.)
Do your research and stay comitted. I assume the ones you're getting are imports, as sadly very little people breed this beautiful animal, and imported tree monitors are notoriously jumpy and often in bad health when imported. Proper husbandry can keep different parasite issues and other health problems at bay.
Best of luck to you!

Look at these guys channels, you'll find a couple ideas:

Know that many people here are against that kind of cage and may say these are all bad advices.
My prasinus cage is build in this style, thou.
Do your research. Don't loose time, these lizards can degrade quite quickly.
I would stay under five feet with lots of substrate i made mine six foot tall and it might wind up being a little hard to keep the humidity through out the whole enclosure
Hi, if you stay under 5 feet tall, and you have for instance, 1.5ft or so of substrate, that leaves possibly less than 3 ft of climbing space...(not enough).

I have kept and bred Beccari, I kept them in both a custom one piece shower stall and bath tub units.
These work great!!
I would fill the bottom with water heated to 78 degrees with a fish tank heater. , this keeps the humidity perfect...PLUS you can "rain" on them all day!
Cleaning these enclosures was a breeze, when spraying all of the crap would be washed to the basin below and drained.
In these enclosures I used an arboreal nest box filled with sandy soil mixed with sphagnum moss.
I am posting a photo of each...both crappy photos but you may get the idea.
I will retake these photos and post them for you asap.
