Western Hognos morphs-Poll

rhacphantastic Sep 28, 2003 12:43 PM

Just thought I'd take a little poll:

Out of the pink pastel albino, albino, and hypo morphs, what is your favorite?

Also, do you think there is a lot of demand for these morphs?

I would say my favorite is by far a nice albino... but I still really like the ppa's and hypo's.

As far as demand goes... albinos have been around for quite a number of years and they still sell for $1500. Any colubrid that can maintain a four digit asking price for over 5 years has plenty of demand.

So much can be done with hog morphs... there is no telling what the double and triple recessive mutations will look like!

I like the hypomelanistics personally. It is as close to normal as you can get without being normal. I am just not a big fan of albino anything. Andy

I personally like the albino's the best. But I could never talk my self into spending 1500 dollars on a snake like that when normals are just as pretty and much cheaper.....Scott wahlberg

I personally love these little hoggies ..I have 100% het for albino but several at that..I personally past up on ball and honduran morphs for these i feel that their value and appeal will last a long time..Like Ryan said any colubrid to hold its value for so many years say's something about the endless possibilties of these Just my .02 cents Kevin S
