I have a male gecko and a female gecko and i was inspecting them to see nothing was wrong because my female had worms a month ago so i was inspecting the vent for caking and i found weird sores two. On my male they were like on his hemipenal bulges and on my female they were in the same place. You kinda have to lift their tail to see it but I'm still a little concerned. Should i be?

Do the sores your talking about kinda look like two little holes, that are just inside the vent? If so, it's nothing to worry about.
