what's the best way of keeping a GLASS enclosure warm ?

I buy two sheets of plexi glass fitted perfectly for the cage, drill 8 holes in each sheet. Then you have a sliding plexi glass top which holds humidity and heat very well. If you have a very large cage drill more holes in the plexi glass. I have a 200 gallon where my adult boa constrictor lives, looks really cool.
