Chocolate x Lesser clutch 2011

RockingRoyals Mar 17, 2011 02:13 PM

After a hard day working, it´s always great to find the first clutch of the season.
I found 5 eggs underneath our Lesser female which has been paired up with our Chocolate male.
Hopefully we´ll hit the combo!!!

Next clutch probably will be from a YB, also paired up with the Chocolate.

Congrats, I'm also working on this combo right now. I want to see the super chocolate lesser, hopefully that comes out soon.

I've got a slim chance of producing super chocolate mojave this year. Problem is my chocolate mojave girl might be too “slim” but I'm giving it a shot. Will be interesting to see how the leser combo compares to the mojave combo.

The chocolate lesser reminded me of the savannah ball. It seemed to have a little more red involved though. Only saw it as a baby about 6 months ago. It definitely wasn't as dark as my chocolate mojaves are.

Has a super chocolate mojave been done yet? I would like to see that too!

Well see some of them this year hopefully. My male chocolate mojo is 400 grams and stopped feeding but he isn't showing interest in breeding yet. If he kicks in I should have a few new combos with chocolates this year, not to mention he is het for ghost as well.

I hope we hit the combo and i really begging it´s going to be a male. Hopefully i can pair him up with our Chocolate Ghost female next season and produce a Super Chocolate Lesser het. Ghost.

But.... first of i have 60 long days and nights ahead, LOL

Ghost should be an excellent addition to that project. I really whish the mojave that produced my mojave chocolate had been a hypo mojave.

You´re working with the Garcia´s isn´t it?
My Chocolates originate from Marc Bells lineage.
I´m curious if there will be differences when combined with other morphs.
I mean: will a Mojave Garcia look the same as Mojave Bell Chocolate??

I started out just calling them Garcia (Dan Garcia first got my pet store female to breed on a loan) but then last year Marshall Van Thorre produced supers that to me looked like the super chocolate so now I'm calling them Garcia line chocolates. There are some people out there with them and some other lines and I hope to get the other lines eventually so should get more evidence going forward but we may never know for sure if they are exactly the same as either or both of the more established lines (BHB and Bell).

Anyway, here is my Mojave Garcia line Chocolate girl that I'm trying to get to weight. I've actually seen her locked a few times with a cinnamon possible het hypo (so maybe will eventually get hypo in that way) and am also trying her with her chocolate half brother but she is thin and still eating.
