Is it ok if the beardies normal temp in the cooler end is 24-25 celcious?
and if it should be higher, how can i raise it?

thats equivalent to 75-77 degrees farenheit...a tad on the cool side, but not too bad, especially at night. you could try aiming your basking bulb a bit further towards the middle of the cage and see what happens, just monitor the basking spot carefully
