vermiculite?

where can i get a bag for 2 clutches and possibly get a good price? like is there a brand someone can reccomend and maybe a local store i can get it from? im in nj. thanks.

If you have an Orchard Supply Hardware where you are I get small bags that I get 2-3 6qt tub use out of there. Pure Vermiculite, no fertilizer.

It is UniGro premium organic vermiculite 4 qt bag. If you don't have an OSH is NJ, you can get it online. I did a quick search and found it here:

I am sure you can get in at other sites too. I had 39 hatches out of 39 eggs with it last year!

Not sure where in NJ you are but the Agway located at 176 Ridgedale AVE Morristown, NJ, 07960 should sell a few different brands and size bags. The 16 dry quarts bag from Country Cottage is only like $11.

Should be able to find it in any lawn-and-garden/farm store.

you have used it for ball eggs? anything thing i should be aware of as far as asnything that can harm the eggs in that vermiculite? thanks!
