It amazes me the difference in color a snake has at night compared to during the day....I took these shots last night and again this morning, I believe she shows more red in the evening and almost darkens up a bit during the day which is a shame because I prefer outdoor shots!

I would guess this is because during the day they get darker to absorb more heat from the sun as they would in their natural habitat? Ideas??

I would say she is, she has attitude while she is in the cage once out she is fine! Maybe she just needs more food which is good considering I have some large rats thawing out now haha
