Hello.. I believe Pete took his office number off the website because he was too busy to answer the calls as right now it is just him and his wife doing the whole collection of thousands of animals.. He can be hard to get ahold of, and takes a little time and work.

I can let him know that you need to talk to him.

In mean time try his email and put something that stands out in the subject line.

Or find one of his classified ads and email from one of those.. Could be faster.
