Mites??

I have two horned frogs and a tiger salamander. I beleive they have mites (small tiny yellowish bugs). Can they kill my amphibians? I have cleaned the cages several times, removing bedding, etc. They keep coming back...! They are all over the enclosures and the frogs. What can I do? What are your suggestions?
