KcTrader Apr 01, 2011 11:46 AM

Who is working with this species? Has there been any new forms other than the normal and striped types?

Thanks

Jimmy,.....

I know Randy Whittington(here on the rat forum) at least did, he might still be too. I would imagine he also knows other folks who are as well.

I know there are a few different locales available usually, like Croatian, Greece, etc.., and of course the striped morph as you mentioned.

I don't really know the latest "buzz" on them however.

Thanks Doug, I sent Randy an email through KS. I just haven't seen these guys in years.....It would be sad to see these guys go to the wayside too....

I know I have seen the different locales on foreign sites but can only find 2 for here in the states....

You're welcome Jimmy!

I agree man, it sure would be sad to see them go to the wayside..

I don't mind them being uncommon in the hobby though..LOL!

I have a pair of striped Greek locale that gave me two nice female hatchlings last year(which I still have) and they just locked up again this year. I hope to get a few more eggs this year, although they don't have large clutches.
