Incubating eggs?

ballfreak Apr 03, 2011 06:41 PM

I put 6 eggs in my hovabator a week ago and
Was just wondering the vermiculite doesn't look
So perfect? Can I add some water to it while
The eggs are in it? I know the hovabator has a water
Trough on the bottom for humidity as well. Any
Suggestions are appreciated!

I mist my vermiculite every other day! Try to keep it off the eggs!

That's a good idea! Thanks!

If needed I usually just dump a small amount of water in the corners away from the eggs. Better to err on the side of dry than wet.
