I presently have a three rack system and holes have burned in bottom of two of three tubs.

I have 2 Animal Plastics racks that I really love, and my hogs do great in them. I have never had any heating problems. I have Sterilite tubs and they do great on both heat-cable and flexwatt. Plus, AP is a great company to do business with.

I use Boaphile racks right now and have been very pleased.

I currently use home made racks, Boaphile racks, and Reptile basics racks... All 3 are doing the job well for me...

I think you get the better bang for your buck with reptile basics...

I have used AP racks in the past and they work great. I currently use Vision racks because some of the racks I bought in the past used a sterilite tub that they no longer make so I switched all my racks to vision who makes their own tubs for the racks I have. Now I shouldn't have that problem again. I would say that AP racks are much better quality and hold heat better in my opinion.

I keep all my baby hogs in a Vision hatchling rack, works great. I have the adults in the larger Vision racks as well.

cheers, John
