Update with fresh sheds

Well as some of you know i picked up my '09eclipse female het anery back in February, she just shed as of last night for the first time during my ownership so i wanted to get some pics of her too share. Thanks to Ben Siegal, i was able to pick up a brand new 7,000 gram scale for $45 shipped as well on an awesome SLAM deal. (For those who dont know what a slam deal is i suggest you add him on FB because thats the ONLY place where they exist). With that said she weighed in at a comfortable 2125 grams (about 5ft and some in length) which im pretty happy with since if my male makes it up to breeding size by jan/feb of '12 i may be pairing these two together.

Tried to get an up close shot

And i thought this was neat with the background but its not the best shot of her

Here's my Male 'normal' who is also an '09 (late) but has been a slow developer i would guess when comparing the two. He weighs in at 660grams but as of lately has made the step up to almost small sized rats which im hoping will help his progression in growth as he has been on weaned rats for well over 8 months, taking them like a champ. Also with him im noticing with every shed he's getting darker and darker, although his yellow/goldish crescents are standing out more and more. Ill post up a picture of him just about a year ago and you'll see.

Thanks for looking!

Also not to go off topic but the 'regular' boa guys couldnt pay one post of attention my way when i posted up my newly acquired boa's. So i thought id share the link with you guys on that. There some real lookers, at least i thought anyways being two are a completely new morph in there.

Checked out the pics in the link... very pretty boas! Sometimes I get tempted to pick up a pair of those, but then I remember how BIG they get!

Cool BRBs too!

You know what Cliff i was just thinking that the other day after looking at some other collections. Being im the "2nd" to own this snake, as far as im told from her last owner she was an 09 born. We all know that we can trust everything we hear so... im starting to double think this guy and hopefully i can catch up with him or many of his other buddies that all shared the same table at Febuary's Hamburg show. I dont want to be too weary but the supporting fact to her is she never misses a medium rat every 2 and 1/2 to 3 weeks almost except for this last one due to being in shed. I know ive heard of stories of some snakes progressing faster then others once they reach a certain size food, by just having food and room to grow at such a rate but Im not going to say that she is one of them. I wouldnt doubt her being older without a doubt and quite frankly hope that she is older that way i have much less to worry about her maturity to breed when the time is near, but like i said im only going from what i was told. To me i was just looking for a female at the time she came up and couldnt pass her up being there were no others.
