Incubation humidity

What is the correct humidity level during egg incubation.

I would assume eggs in sealed tubs should be at 100% RH.

100% RH in the tubs. Or saturation levels. (When the air can hold no more water at a given temp).
60% humidity should dry them out real good.

I keep my Incubator at 89% humidity and my egg boxes are closer to 100%. Good luck
