Very nice progression! I'm hoping to get a pair of hypos this year. I love the change they go through.

Until then, I'll keep growing my S. FL yellows. - Mike

Really nice!! My everglades don't seem to be in no hurry to breed! The female is just starting to go into her second shed out of cool down. She is getting pretty "girthy" tho! Jeff

Are you providing a romantic environment? LOL! It's still early. It's probably a good sign that she's gaining girth. Good luck! - Mike

"Are you providing a romantic environment?"

LOL!!!

Love those yellows ...not enough high quality yellows in the hobby it seems.

Thanks! You're right about yellows in the hobby. There doesn't seem to be much demand for them. They've always been favorites of mine. Especially the ones in Central and Southern FL. - Mike

Yeah, that's a real beauty there...no question about it!..

I thought I had heard somewhere that in general, ratsnakes get meaner as you go South. Im a West coast boy and never kept Everglades or yellows, etc. Are many calm as adults?

Not sure how typical they are but mine started out snippy but have calmed down some! The female is the nicest one.My male hypo is mean as crap right now maybe because of breeding season!
