Pastel Hypo Genetic Stripe PIC

nephrurus Apr 11, 2011 06:31 PM

Here is the Hypo Pastel G-Stripe, I did not produce this animal, but I've held it in my hands Personally I believe it's a burgundy hypo and it might be a super pastel, we don't know. It came from a 2 egg clutch and the sibling is a pastel hypo poss het stripe. the parents are both pastels double het for hypo and stripe. They are being bred together as we speak, so hopefully the next clutch will yield more answers.

Thanks, looks really nice!

After seeing the pic and the text of your post I seem to remember seeing pics when this animal hatched. Hopefully your friend has some good luck with this year's breeding, I'd love to see the results!

That snake is so bright, I ought to wear shades.

That 'triple' is a home run!

Seriously, thanks for sharing the photo with us.

Congrats! It appears to me to be a Pastel Genetic Stripe Ghost. The Super Pastel Genetic Stripes seem to be more patternless and the pattern on your guy is more consistent with a Pastel Genetic Stripe.

I would second the others, look like a Pastel Hypo g. Stripe more than an super pastel.

Any way it's quite hot and should grow quite good. Male or female ?

Do you mind letting us know who hatched this gem ?
