I purchased a pair of these from John Meltzer last year. Their background is almost greenish with maroon saddles. This pic is from last summer. I will try to get new ones soon. Have a great week!

I saw the photo of your great looking Maricopa County gopher on the pit forum. I've been looking for someone who breeds sonorans from this locality. Do you know how I can contact John Meltzer? (email)
I saw him in Daytona but he didn't have any Maricopa county gophers at the show.

Mine is most like the first post by nz. Mine's wild caught near Belen, NM and has more of a tanned buckskin background color. Maybe some day I'll figure out the technology and post a picture.
