What's your take on them Kevin? I am trying to get multiple feedbacks from multiple breeders out there. Before you answer, please know all incubation temps never went up or down and was set on a helix at 84. lol I have been asked that a lot. lol

They look like they are genetic. As you get another clutch, that should make it definitive.
As far as the temps thing goes, in my experience and those i have spoken to, high incubation temps cause snakes to metabolize too quickly and multiple defects are present including kinking, failure of ventral scales to connect at the midline, missing eyes, etc.
Your snakes have none of these things so I conclude as you have that it is not incubation temps.

Can you get some ventral shots?
The anaconda, superconda, and spider all have ventrals that are tell-tale of the traits.

Nice!! They sure look like the Evans line Jungles to me. I have a couple pairs of double het albino x jungle breeding right now, so hopefully I'll have something to compare yours against in a few months. Awesome snakes!!

The pairing was a het albino to a pet store female. The male came from Vin Russo and I have no background on the female other then I believe she is the key in this.

Those are stunners for sure...
I am with you and Kevin in that it does not seem to be incubation induced based on the information you provided but it can never be ruled out...

I would not bet on it being a recessive based on the number of offspring from one clutch that have the aberrancy...

Could be a dominant or co-dominant, but again, based on the number of offsping affected, it is unlikely...

Usually with the types of gentics mentioned above, only one representative is born/hatched unless both parents carry the gene in the case of recessives or if one of the parents is an example of the morph when it comes to dom and co-dom...

I would bet on it being some sort of aberrancy that can be passed on in a polygenic way...

What do the parents look like???

Is it genetic??? I believe so... There is only one way to find out... Send them to me so I can test breed them... LOL

Good luck in your future breedings with these snakes... It is so cool to see things pop up like this and thrive... We need more morphs in the hog world for sure...

I am pretty sure they are genetic as well. The parents are as follows. The mom is a pet store snake and is a green phase and the dad is a het albino that came from Vin Russo. Nothing special on him which leads me to believe it is coming from the mom. More testing will need to be done but I have a good feeling about this. Everytime I open the tubs, I am in wow of the blushings that are occuring. The lack of a side pattern really brings out the color.

Here is a picture of Mom

Here is a baby pic of dad. The funny thing is he was on 18 grams when he fathers this clutch so really tiny bt full of man juice. lol
