How about you eat the trout, and feed your monitor something like mice. It would be far better off that way.
I wonder why you would want to feed your monitor trout, is it for you, my bet is yes, because of course your monitor would eat it, heck ackies eat fish. Its just not the best for you monitor. So it must be for you.
And cooking?????? if your going to feed your monitor fish, how about feeding bait fish as they are whole and contain much more thats good for your monitor, and cooking, well that also takes away from, not add to.
Who does the cooking in nature??? The monitor chef, is that a new reality show?
And don't get mad at me, heck people come here and ask if they can feed their monitors, deer they shot, moose, buffalo and more. Whats odd is the bird hunters like to eat what they hunt and do not share with the monitors. hahahahahahaha Bird must taste better then other game animals. i wonder if they would eat shark, mainly mako, now that would be interesting. My bet is yes, and mainly if its cooked just right.
You really should laugh at your post and my reply. Yes, your monitor is much better off consuming something known to allow good progress, anything less takes away from. And as far as I can tell, all our monitors need all the help they can get, they do not need less then. The point is, meat of any type is less then. It does not contain what the whole animals does. So unless your catching undersized trout there your monitor can consume the whole fish, its not a good idea, and you would be far better off enjoying the trout yourself, heck invite some friends over and share with them. Donate the fish to a soup kitchen, all would be better.
