First of all thanks Blazin. I have seen amelanistic written many times but undetstood the route word to be melan (the "O" was a typo".I stand corrected.
EZmac- you apparently found my mistake to be hilarious and yet you havn't picked yourself off the floor to explian as you promised.
Bob4- I didn't question anybodies success, I questioned why that leo was being called an amel. You also asked "why am I qualified".I consider myself a novice herper.I have bred amel. corns(blzzards=amel. and anery.a) and hundreds of amel mice and rats.I also have seen thousonds of pics of amel. herps. That dosn't make me an expert , but it did make me currious enough to ask the question.
Josh06- I believe you made the comment that the leo had grey eyes and not black. What do you think makes up grey? BLACK and white. the A prefix meens without. Not rudused , that would be a hypo.
jeannne-"my leos are from top name breeders" or something to that effect.I don't care if your leos where sent from God on a bolt of lightning with a letter of authenticity.DId they call them albinos or amels? albino is a loser term ,amel is more specific.remember to that "top name breeders" primary goal genarally is to make money.some are helpful and informative some are not.
ITs easy to attack some stranger on a web forum.a newby in your cyber world. I'm sure its a social base for some of you ,and you feel the need to inpress the other anonymous folks that you associate with here.I asked a question about a lizzard, I didn't call your mom a bad name.Try to keep things in prospective.
thanks,Jason(giffindor)

Just so you know it is a amel fat tail gecko posted below not a leopard gecko.
I don't have fat tails but that pic sure looks like alot the amel fat tails I've seen. Very cute little guy!

tyrosinase is more commonly referred to as T albino, not amel.correct me if i'm wrong.also before i'm corrected on this one blizard corns are amel. and anery B.

first i have to say that it's E2mac, not EZmac. EZmac is a type of macaroni and cheese.

if i remember correctly, and i could be wrong, the thread you are talking about was an amelanistic AFT, not a leo. and, i'm pretty sure amelanistic AFT's are T , which would explain the melan in their bodies. the grey eyes could be caused by many things, but when looked at at the right angle, you can see their pupils are indeed clear, (red). the red eyes of albino mice and rats (all mammals in fact), is caused by blood. the eyes are actually clear, but you can see the blood behind them. geckoes eyes are made differently, so there are many reasons why they would be grey, and not red.

your head will collapse, but there's nothing in it, and you'll ask yourself, "where is my mind"

Geez, You are are legend in your own mind.
I guess you do know what you are talking about with all that rodent breeding you do.
I bet you've produced Amel Gerbils too right?
Why don't you take it out of your A-hole and find a rodent forum to preach to.

I also was trying te be humble admitting i'm a novice.I thought I made that clear. If you would had noticed someone else was able to take that info. and provide an informative responce. unlike you they didn't ruduce theirself to rodent in the butt jokes.
I wish I had a way to contact your parents and let them know what kind of filth your spouting on the internet to strangers.
they should take you computer away that would teach you.

Ouch!
I guess you fixed my wagon.
You might want to proof read your posts or keep a dictionary handy before you press "submit", or maybe get hooked on phonics.
Just a suggestion.
