Like the others said, in Leos Hypo referrs to one with less spots than normal on the body (generally less than 10) although they can have spots on their head and tail. I actually wonder about the use of this term since I was into Cornsnakes before Leos. In Cornsnakes (and other snakes and lizards) the term Hypo means reduced melanin, but it would show itself by any black areas on the snake being gray, but the snake would have just as much gray on it as a normal snake would have black. So to me, a true Hypo would have just as many spots as a normal Leo, but they'd be gray and not black. I'm not trying to open a debate on the issue, it's just my personal opinion. I've come to accept and use the term Hypo with Leos as being reduced spots and it doesn't really bother me to use it in that manner.
Right now this would be considered a Hypo because she only has three spots on her body. She is still young and there is always a possibility she might gain more spots, but I think she will likely remain hypo as she grows up

Then there is "super" hypo, or no spots on the body. I really wasn't too familiar with this morph and had never seen any in person until yesterday.
