So, I'm looking to make sure my breeding is in the law and that the IRS can't ever come back on my partner and I. Does any one where I can go online to retrieve the information needed in Indiana. Thanks guys!

if your breeding and making money(haha) then you have to pay taxes to keep the irs off your back. if your not making money then you dont have to worry about it. the benefits of being an actual business though are itemized deductions. you can claim your electric bill, feed bill for rats, shavings, losses. lots to contemplate. you may need a license to breed in your area also usda certified possibly. depends on your state.
