Shipping Help

JMo Apr 19, 2011 12:55 PM

I hope to be shipping (individually) a few 2010 mojaves soon and don't know what size container/box I should be using. Each weigh close to 300g and each are about 20-22 inches long. What size deli tray should I use; or should I use a bag. How about the shipping box; what size? Any recomendations and advice is most appreciated.

Thanks,
Jim

I would bag the animals separately, use crumpled newspaper to fill empty space in the shipping box and use the 15x11x7 box for 3 animals of that size.

Check out the Get Help section at ShipYourReptiles.com, as well as the sizing guidelines listed with each box listing.

Best of luck.

Robyn - thanks for the advice. If I were to ship each snake individually, would I still need to use the 15x11x7 box or could I use a smaller one?

Thanks,
Jim

You could definitely go smaller with individual animals. The 12x9x6 box is our most popular size.
