Giving yogurt to my leo good/bad?

bighouse Sep 28, 2003 11:28 PM

Hey Everyone,

I tried giving my gecko some yogurt and he really liked it!
I didn't give him too much because I wasn't sure if it's good or not. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Marc

Yep, can be good for them in small amounts. Leos are lactose intollerant actually but the bacteria in yogurt is good to help replenish some of the intestinal bacteria in sick or regureitated leos.

Should say so on the container. Asidophilus (sp?) is what you are looking for.
