i just got this pair of korean ratsnakes.one has an orange neck and the other has some salmon color on its sides near the tail,never had any of them what can expect ?

They are beautiful! They look like lighter versions of the russian rats! Jeff

Cool animals, but they tend to be more of a look but don't touch snake. Mine have always been very flighty and nervous. Not aggressive, but kind of spazzy when it comes to being held. Still they've always eaten very well, and grow like weeds. Beautiful snakes for sure.

these two are calmer than my kings and corns! will their color/pattern change? do you care for them like NA rats?

I've been keeping mine around 79-80 degrees, feed once a week , they will eat alot if you feed them, they defecate in huge piles that cleanup well...I like that part, they tend to not spread it all around like other colubridae....mine are spastic also usually...I had others, huge ones, they were also into spazzing.......as of now I have a pair, het fem and amel male...not sure if she will drop....but with the price tanking...doesn't matter....I liked the way they looked,so I got them....

LOL.as I said many times for years....3 cameras and a vid and they are all in the boxes but one, brand new and never used...
snakes I can do, electronics I need help....mine are from Larry Keller....male yellows still coming in I think...female cool enough...a little darker than I like, but they are actually younf yet....I am trying to breed them but I really don't pay attention to them as much as I should....they are spazzes so they don't like me anyways...they actually don't bite much, just don't like being touched and all....

ratsnake....my hypo female black rat was found dead last week,? , maybe got cut fromeating a chinese hamster backwards???, lump in throat (air/hollow not solid or pus).....

ratsnakes....we all need some....
