If you are feeding a cricket free diet and have replaced the crickets with Rep Cal pellets then I would say you could give one or two waxies 2-3 times a week. If you are feeding crickets than I don't see a need to feed any waxies unless you are just trying to add some weight to a thin dragon.
(if you have an overly thin dragon consult with a vet to rule out any problems prior to trying to fatten them up).
