Glad I checked!

kingofspades Apr 26, 2011 10:14 PM

My dinker female dropped 5 eggs today. I checked before work at 10:40pm and I am glad I did.

This was exactly day 27 from her pre-lay, so my female pastel should be a few days behind her.

I thought the little one was a slug, but it has veins, so...I guess it's just small.

Congrats on the clucth... don't throw out that small egg. It can and may hatch despite the small size...

Good Luck,

King of Spades,

What did you breed to your dinker girl?

Balls - 4 Boys, 19 Girls - 8 babies (4 spiders and 4 normals not out of the egg yet)
other various reptiles, animals, kids and a smoking sweet husband; would be perfect if he only liked ball pythons...

Captive hatched male yellowbelly.
So either I get my own line of YB's or she retained sperm from the silver streak that Outback bred her to last season. Either is fine with me.

I totally get what you are saying about it being okay either way!'. I bought 2 normal female breeders from Robert Seib a couple months ago. He has some cool stuff so hoping to get some eggs here soon. : ). Been putting my pewter with her too. : )

One looks prego but the other doesn't at all. Both are 2000 grams each. : ) I hope you get some pretty yellowbelly babies!!!

This is the male.
If they are anything like him I will be happy.
