Ive seen lots of ads that says dinkers for sale and I just want to know what I should look out for when I see dinkers for sale. I just got back from my 8month vacation and this all seems new. Any help would be great thanks.

A project snake. You get one, breed it and see if it's genetic. A lot of great stuff has come out of dinker projects.

its a "normal" snake that you think may be special or genetic, so you "dink" around with it.breed it for years sometimes, to see if you can prove it out.

Love it! hope it pans out for you. I have a female that is similar and her first clutch was all reduced. Second clutch due to hatch in 2 wks.

It's a word used to try to sell a $10 normal for $150.... lol

if someone pays $150 then that's their prerogative. a person can clearly see if a "normal" looks different and has some possible potential.

doing research and knowing what to look for is key to finding a dinker worth breeding.

Didn't say that all xxxxxx projects are just normals passed off as something better. I said sometimes people will try to push their normal imports from unopened bags as something special when they aren't. I'm sure you've seen them too.

And the word xxxxxx sounds stupid so I have decided to censor it's use in my posts.

i knew exactly what you were meaning. to many ways to "take" someone's hard earned cash.

....but if someone does there research they can find something different.

if all goes as planned next year i will be making a trip over to Ghana and pick some out first hand......with no "un-opened" bag gimmicks.....straight from the source.

you need to apply for a visa, take your yellow fever vaccine, and malaria pills.

pretty much that's it......besides knowing an exporter that will ship to you after you pick your animals.
