some cal king pics

mikefedzen Apr 30, 2011 12:35 AM

California kings will forever be one of my favorites, I've never had one that wasn't easy to keep, though some may have nasty tempers on them I don't think I've been bit in years, lol.

It seems like they're always hungry, a lot of my cali kings will take food everyday, though I usually feed them every 2-4 days.

Here's a little Ghost female wrestling a pinky.

I've raised up this pair since 2009 and I think they'll make a interesting couple once they hit breeding size. Here's a pic of the female widestripe.

The male probably has 50 percent of a stripe. He's nice and tame though which is always a plus.

Mike, those are awesome specimens! Very nice my friend! The colors, patterns, and morphs, are endless, eh?

California kings are my favorite kings, next to graybands.

I haven't had any Cal Kings for a while but all the great pics I've been seeing on this forum makes me yearn for some more. Here's one I used to have years ago.

Love your cal. kings Mike. They are my first love too. I just got some again this year after not having any for a few years. I am fond of my honduran milks too. Don't have time right now to post pics but hope to do so soon.
