Tom Crutchfield Has them...thats the only person i know that has them.
Someone else must have either gotten them from him or there is someone else working with these boas.
Man, I wish I made it there today. I would have loved to see them.
No it was not Tom. Thanks though.
also these are born and bred here too, as are the ones tom has
Bob Occhifnto from Undercurrent Imports was the person that collected and imported these boas from the Dominican Republic to start his breeding colony. Tom later became partners with Bob on this project. So the boas Tom is working with originated from Bob's animals. Undercurrent Imports is located in New Jersey so I wouldn't be surprised if he was at Hamburg selling his Dominican Red Mountain boas. But it also could have been someone that acquired the animals from Bob or Tom and was selling them at the show. I don't know if that helps you or not.

Yes, I had seen them on-line before. But, I was in south Florida and decided to drop by Tom's place. And, once I saw them IRL, I just had to take a few home with me.

I would imagine it would have been tough not to leave with a couple of those beauties!!
I also use to keep Haitians back in the mid to late eighties, I really liked them a lot except for the musk. Probably the only reason why I didn't continue with the species.

I've been remiss and haven't taken a single picture of them yet, but I will soon. I agree, they are really pretty. The first snake I got (back in the mid 80's) was a Haitian Boa, and I have;t owned one since. But, once I saw these, I just had to get some. They are the only non-BCI that I own; they are that nice.
