1 Dozen Mother's Day Chocolates

RandyRemington May 08, 2011 08:40 PM

I finally got my first 2011 clutch today. It was actually 13 eggs but one is an obvious dud. Mom is my founder Garcia line chocolate and dad is also a chocolate from my line. So if I can hatch most of those eggs should have a great chance at a few super chocolates. The clutch including the dud weighed 1,521 grams and mom weighed 2,786 grams after laying.

Ironic part is that my wife loathes my snake hobby but I still always like a good Mother's Day clutch.

Awesome, Randy! I think that pic is more exciting to see than any 6 gene combo. Chocolates are one of my favorites and your girl really gives me a lot of hope for my monster female that I haven't been able to prove yet. Good luck with that clutch.

Good Luck! Maybe they are long lost sisters. Would be cool if we actually had access to the technology to test for that sort of thing.

Gosh, what a great looking bunch of eggs. I hope you are able to hatch out a slew of Supers from that clutch. Jay
