This little guy is probably not a true axanthic because he made it to Petco without being nabbed by the middle-men, but he is at least "Very Low Yellow" (I happened in the day after they received the shipment). This photo was merged with photo of a similar sized, normal colored het piebald, using the carpet to match the brightness of the two images. I will post a group picture once he's out of quarantine and the lack of yellow pigment will be much more striking when he is crawling around with other snakes.
